Motivinci is a community founded on the principles of honoring artists and their rights to intellectual property, as well as the rights of third parties. We maintain a strict policy against any form of intellectual property infringement. Therefore, we request our artists to be mindful when uploading content to Motivinci. Artists are expected to share works that do not violate copyright, moral rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of individuals or third parties, and that do not contravene any laws or orders from the judiciary or government. In simpler terms, claiming someone else's work as your own is unlawful and goes against the ethos that Motivinci upholds and will continue to uphold.

Motivinci respects the intellectual property rights of all individuals. It is our practice to promptly address any claim asserting that content posted on the site infringes upon the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person.

Consistent with Motivinci's unwavering stance against intellectual property infringement, if Motivinci becomes aware that an Artist has violated the copyright or other intellectual property rights of a third party, it is our policy to expeditiously take the necessary measures to deactivate the Artist's account and remove all of the Artist's content from Motivinci's Website.
